Russian UAV relay stations are operating in Belarus; no troop concentrations have been detected

No buildup of Russian troops near the Ukrainian-Belarusian border has been observed so far. At the same time, Russia is using relay stations for drones in Belarus. According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Russian relay stations in Belarus help the “Shahed” and “Gerbera” attack drones fly deep into Ukrainian territory.

“The relay station turns on when Russia launches drones and then turns off afterward. Some of them are definitely not stationary; they are mobile, because the drones can be launched from different locations,” Demchenko said.

A spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine stated that the relay stations in Belarus are helping Russian drones strike Volyn, right up against the border with Poland.

These repeaters amplify the signal for Russian “Shahed” and “Gerber” drones. This allows the drones to penetrate deeper into Ukrainian territory, particularly toward the Rivne, Volyn, and Lviv regions.

Andriy Demchenko, a spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, made this statement during an appearance on the “We Are Ukraine” program.

Belarus is helping Russia attack Ukraine with drones using repeaters, according to the State Border Guard Service.

Earlier, Belarus reactivated the repeaters, which amplify the signal of Russian strike drones and help them penetrate deeper into Ukrainian territory. In particular, an attack in the direction of the “Yagodin” border crossing was carried out with the support of these devices.

Repeaters are periodically activated on Belarusian territory to amplify the signal for Russian drones during launches targeting Ukrainian territory, particularly its western regions.
