Car explosion targets former prison head in Donetsk
In temporarily occupied Donetsk, a car explosion occurred overnight, reportedly involving the former head of Correctional Colony No. 11, Tsurkov.
This was reported on Telegram by Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for Occupation Studies.
“Tonight a car was blown up, potentially with Tsurkov inside, in the Kyivskyi district of Donetsk. Reminder — he is the former head of Correctional Colony No. 11,” Andriushchenko wrote.


He added that the operation was prepared in advance and carried out according to plan. “According to him, the explosion was planned and executed as intended,” Andriushchenko said.
Information about the incident is currently being clarified.
Earlier, Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated Russian occupier Kyrylo Etrychev, who had previously been a Muay Thai championship medalist in Russia.
