In Kherson, the occupiers attacked a vehicle carrying volunteers: one person is in critical condition
This morning, Russian troops attacked a vehicle carrying representatives of the NGO “Iskra Dobra” in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. Several volunteers were wounded in the attack; one of them is in critical condition after suffering a traumatic leg amputation.
This was reported by the head of the Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to reports, the enemy attack occurred during a routine delivery of meals to one of the humanitarian aid distribution points.
According to preliminary information, one of the injured volunteers is in critical condition—the man suffered a traumatic leg amputation.
The other victim is believed to have suffered a head injury.
Shanko also noted that yesterday afternoon, the enemy carried out a drone attack on a World Central Kitchen vehicle, also in the Dniprovskyi district. Fortunately, the driver of the vehicle was not injured.
“The Russian military is once again deliberately targeting civilians and people who are helping the civilian population survive in frontline Kherson. This is no accident, but a deliberate act of terror against civilians and those who save lives and support the community every day,” he emphasized.
As a reminder, Russia lost another 1,150 soldiers in Ukraine over the past 24 hours.
As a reminder, on the night of May 14, an air raid alert lasted nearly eight hours in Kyiv. In the Kyiv region, seven people were injured in a Russian attack, including a three-year-old child. In Kyiv, more than 30 people have been wounded following a massive shelling.
