A 16-story building is on fire in Kyiv following a drone attack
On September 1, a fire broke out in a 16-story residential building in Kyiv following a morning attack by Russian drones. Emergency services are on the scene and are dealing with the aftermath of the enemy strike.

“In the Podilsky district, a fire has broken out in a 16-story building on the 14th and 15th floors. Emergency services are heading to the scene,” said Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
Footage has emerged online showing a Russian strike on warehouse facilities in Pohreby in the Kyiv region. The video captures the moment of impact and people trying to get back on their feet after the explosion.
In the Kherson region, three people were killed and 14 others were injured over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian aggression. A child is among the victims.
Zelenskyy reported that the Russian Federation’s nighttime attack claimed the lives of 12 people.
The Russian attack damaged the Dnipro-M distribution center in Kyiv.
