In Russia, heads of government agencies are being fired for failing to recruit soldiers for the war

In Russian regions, heads of state and public institutions have begun to face disciplinary action for failing to meet recruitment quotas for the war against Ukraine.

This is reported by Russian media.

According to sources, directors are being assigned “quotas”—ranging from 10 to 40 people per month—who must be recruited for contract service.

If targets are not met, managers are summoned to meetings, and the worst-performing institutions receive a so-called “black mark.”

As noted, after three such “marks,” deputies are dismissed first, followed by the directors themselves.

Candidates are sought through HR departments, job sites, advertisements, and personal contacts.

At the same time, according to sources, the number of people willing to fight is decreasing, and some candidates fail the medical examination.

The Kremlin is demanding that Kyiv make a decision as soon as possible to withdraw Ukrainian troops from the Donbas region.
