In Slavutych, Kyiv region, energy facilities are being restored after Russian attacks
In the city of Slavutych, Kyiv region, restoration work is underway on energy facilities damaged by Russian military strikes.
This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
“As of this morning, residential customers are partially reconnected. Scheduled power outages are no longer in effect. All critical infrastructure has been switched to backup power sources. Water and heating supplies to residents are secured. Shops, pharmacies, gas stations, and social facilities are operating thanks to generators and batteries. Resilience points are functioning, and additional tents from the State Emergency Service have been set up. Communication and internet are available in the city,” the report states.
Energy workers are operating around the clock to repair the damage and fully restore electricity to the residents of Slavutych as soon as possible.
On the night of January 6, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on Ukraine using 61 Shahed and Gerber attack drones.
Russian troops also launched a series of strikes on Nikopol and Synelnykove districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region, using artillery and FPV drones.
