Ukrzaliznytsia provided an update on the condition of the Central Station building following the Russian attack
On the morning of September 23, Russian terrorists attacked the area around Kyiv’s Central Train Station. Fortunately, the building that serves as Ukraine’s main railway gateway was not damaged.
Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on its Facebook page.
“In light of reports of an airstrike near Kyiv’s Central Railway Station, we would like to inform you that the station has not been damaged. At the same time, we urge everyone to remain in shelters until the air raid alert is over. Stay safe!” the post reads.
As a reminder, as a result of the enemy attack on Kyiv on September 23, an Ukrzaliznytsia employee who was returning home after his shift sustained shrapnel wounds.
On September 23, Russian terrorists attacked two gas stations in Kyiv; one person was injured.
Eight people were injured in Kyiv as a result of the Russian attack on September 23. One of the injured, who was hospitalized in critical condition, died in the hospital.
