Since the start of the day, Russian occupation forces have carried out 45 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders, actively employing aircraft and artillery along the entire front line. The most intense assault operations have been recorded in the Pokrovsk direction, where the enemy has attempted 16 times to push our units toward the settlements of Pokrovsk, Udachne, and Rodynske.
This is reported by the General Staff’s operational update as of 4:00 PM on May 3.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the invaders carried out 12 attacks, particularly in the areas of Kostiantynivka and Stepanivka, one of which is still ongoing. In the Huliaipole direction, seven attacks took place, and more than ten settlements were subjected to airstrikes, including Orikhiv and Komyshuvakha. The occupiers were also active in the Lyman, Sloviansk, and Oleksandrivka directions, where the Defense Forces continue to repel enemy assaults.
