Video: NGU fighters destroyed the enemy S-400 “Triumf” SAM system
Fighters from the Lazar’s Group unit, together with the 429th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems “Achilles” and the Joint Forces Group, detected and neutralized a Russian S-400 “Triumf” surface-to-air missile system.
This was reported by the National Guard of Ukraine.
According to the NGU, after joint analytical work, aerial reconnaissance from the 429th Brigade surveyed the area and identified the position of the Russian S-400 system. The information about the target was then passed to the National Guard’s strike drone unit Lazar’s Group.
After receiving the data, a flight to the location of the S-400 system was carried out, and precise strikes were executed.
The National Guard noted that the cost of such a surface-to-air missile system can reach approximately one billion dollars.
According to the military, destroying the SAM system significantly reduced the activity of Russian air defenses in the Kharkiv direction.
Recall that powerful explosions were reported at the Belbek airfield in Crimea. Drones also attacked the Ilsky oil refinery and Sevastopol.
