Efforts to address the aftermath of the Russian ballistic strike are ongoing in the Kyiv region. In the Bucha district, 27 private homes and 44 vehicles were damaged as a result of the shelling.

This was reported by Ruslan Oliinyk, acting head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration. According to him, all emergency services are working at the scene and continue to address the aftermath of the attack.

Information on the number of dead and wounded is currently being verified. All those affected are receiving the necessary medical care.

Oliinyk also expressed his condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims.

Oliinyk shared this on Facebook on July 24.

As a reminder, on the afternoon of July 24, Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on a private training ground in the Kyiv region, where an event involving representatives of the Ukrainian defense industry was taking place. At least 10 people were killed in the attack, and about 100 more were injured. Law enforcement authorities have opened two criminal investigations—one into a war crime committed by the Russian Federation and another into possible official negligence during the organization of the event.

The strike on Kyiv in broad daylight may have been part of a new Russian plan.
