Enemy strikes energy facilities in Kharkiv region, Lozova community left without power

In the Lozova urban community of Kharkiv region, Russian strikes on energy infrastructure caused a blackout.
This was reported by the head of the community, Serhiy Zelensky, who urged residents to remain calm.

He noted that critical infrastructure is switching to alternative energy sources, and medical facilities continue to operate normally.
Resilience centres have been set up in the community for charging mobile phones and accessing information.

The situation in Kharkiv region remains extremely difficult due to ongoing enemy attacks on energy facilities. To stabilise the power grid, emergency and timed shutdown schedules are being implemented.

Since September 2025, the Russian army has repeatedly struck Lozova’s infrastructure. Recovery work continues around the clock, while the community’s population—including internally displaced persons—exceeds 90,000 people.
All services are currently operating in an enhanced mode to restore electricity supply.
