Occupiers' losses exceeded reinforcements: Syrskyi reveals results of drone war

Ukraine continues to build on its advantage over the Russian military in the field of unmanned technology. According to Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, Ukrainian drone operators have neutralized 12,500 more Russian soldiers over the past month than Russia was able to recruit into its armed forces.

Syrskyi noted that Ukraine is no longer merely keeping pace with the enemy in the technological confrontation but is actually outpacing it in certain areas. Specifically, in the FPV drone segment, the Armed Forces hold a 1.5-to-1 advantage over the occupiers.

In May, unmanned systems units struck nearly 180,000 confirmed enemy targets, which is 12.7% more than in April. Ukrainian defenders also neutralized about 4,000 Shahed-type drones and struck nearly 10,000 positions of Russian drone operators.

At the same time, the role of ground-based robotic systems is growing. In May, they carried out over 12,500 combat and logistical missions, including the delivery of ammunition, resupplying units, and evacuating the wounded.

In addition, as part of the Middle Strike program, the Defense Forces carried out nearly 2,000 strikes on targets at the operational-tactical depth. Among the targets struck were 414 headquarters, command posts, troop concentration areas, and other important military targets of the occupiers.
