Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminate Russian occupier — medallist of a world hand-to-hand combat championship
On the front line, Ukraine’s Defence Forces eliminated Russian serviceman Ruslan Pulatov, who had taken part in the war against Ukraine for approximately three years. Pulatov had previously been recognised as a prize-winner at a World Hand-to-Hand Combat Championship.
This was reported by Hlavkom.
Ruslan Pulatov was born on 3 June 2021.
He practised hand-to-hand combat and achieved a number of victories at youth-level competitions. In 2017, in Romania, Pulatov won a bronze medal at the World Championship (up to 55 kg weight category). That same year, he also won silver at the Russian national championship.
Pulatov was also a prize-winner and champion of various all-Russian competitions and held the sports rank of “Candidate for Master of Sport”.
Russian propagandists note that he participated in the war against Ukraine for around three years. Ukraine’s Defence Forces eliminated occupier Pulatov on 8 November 2025.
Earlier reports stated that Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces pushed occupiers out of positions in Kupiansk, taking prisoners.
As a result of a strike on Zaporizhzhia, fires and destruction broke out.
Occupying forces lost more than 1,000 soldiers and dozens of artillery systems in a single day.
