Former Head of the Presidential Office Joked About Budanov Over the "Red List"
Andriy Bohdan, the former head of the Office of the President, took a jab at Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate. He posted a photo he called “Budanov’s notebook” and responded ironically to the discussion of the so-called “red list” following an interview with the publication Babel.

This sparked a new wave of jokes and discussions on social media regarding the intelligence officer’s work and his notes.
On his Facebook page, Andriy Bohdan posted a photo generated by artificial intelligence. In the photo, the former official appeared in a car holding a notebook similar to the one spotted on Kirill Budanov’s desk.
However, the cover bore a note regarding a list as of 2019, when Andriy Bohdan served as head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. So he joked that Budanov had found his notebook during his time in office, where he had been compiling his own list.
“I understand why the list. I understand why the f***. I understand why 2026. Only one thing is unclear: Who found my notebook, and why write a different year if nothing changes? PS. I still don’t understand which one is first and which is second,” the post reads.
As is known, Andriy Bohdan is a lawyer. In 2019, at the beginning of Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s term, Bohdan served as head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine from May 21 to June 24, 2019. And from June 25, 2019, to February 11, 2020, he was head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. Andriy Bohdan is also known for having served as the personal lawyer of oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi.

A photo featuring Andriy Bohdan, in which he is sitting at a desk in his office, was published in an article by the publication “Babel.” Attentive users noticed a red notebook with a peculiar title on the politician’s desk: “List of Assholes-2026.”
Budanov held talks with the leadership of the European Court of Human Rights.
Additionally, Zelenskyy met with the Council of Churches and representatives of religious organizations.
Zelenskyy will speak at an informal summit of EU leaders.
