Israel launches new air and artillery strikes on southern Lebanon
Israeli forces carried out new air and artillery strikes on several areas in southern Lebanon on Sunday. The outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Kfar Tebnit and Zawtar al-Sharqiya came under fire.
Strikes on Nabatieh al-Fawqa
According to Anadolu Agency, citing Lebanon's state-run National News Agency, Israeli warplanes first struck the Ali al-Taher forest on the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa. Less than 15 minutes later, another strike was carried out on the locality.
Another airstrike targeted the area of al-Dabsha hill on the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa. At the same time, Zawtar al-Sharqiya came under Israeli artillery fire.

Series of attacks on Kfar Tebnit
Israeli aircraft also carried out two consecutive strikes on Kfar Tebnit. Less than half an hour later, a third strike was launched on the locality.
There was no immediate information about casualties or damage. The strikes occurred amid continuing Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon, despite diplomatic efforts to de-escalate tensions and reach a settlement.
