Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, India. The talks took place on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS summit, The National reports.
Economic cooperation
The sides discussed the long-standing friendship and cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and India, as well as opportunities to support greater economic integration. They also discussed new areas of partnership in important sectors.

The meeting took place during a reception at Hyderabad House in New Delhi. During it, the sides considered opportunities for cooperation within the framework of the historic friendship between the countries and the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.
BRICS summit in New Delhi
The two-day BRICS summit began on Saturday. The group initially included Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Indonesia and Ethiopia later joined the bloc.
