Tsikhanouskaya accused Lukashenko of complicity in attacks on Ukraine
Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya visited the site of the Russian strike in Kyiv and declared Alexander Lukashenko responsible for the aggression against Ukraine.
She reported this on social media platform X.
Tikhanovskaya stated that Russia is trying to break the Ukrainians through constant nighttime attacks, fear, and terror against the civilian population.
According to her, the Kremlin’s actions reveal the true nature of Putin’s regime, which has no respect for human life, international law, or national borders.
At the same time, she emphasized that the Lukashenko regime also bears responsibility for these crimes, as it allowed the use of Belarusian territory for launching missiles, aggression against Ukraine, and the deployment of Russian weapons.
Tikhanovskaya also emphasized that Belarusians support Ukraine and share the pain of Ukrainians in this war.
Earlier, Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya met unofficially with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his visit to Lithuania. The Belarusian politician consistently feels support from Ukraine’s leadership.
