In the German city of Trochtlingen, located in the southern German state of Bavaria, the evacuation of buildings near the train station has begun after a suspicious object was found on the tracks. Train service in the area of the station has been suspended.
According to Deutsche Welle, a technician found the object in the track ballast near the station entrance. Police warned that it may contain explosives, so evacuation measures are being carried out as a precaution.
