Seventh Fuckup Nights event to take place in Limassol — Cyprus Mail
The seventh Fuckup Nights Limassol meeting will take place in Limassol, Cyprus, on September 29. The event’s participants will speak about professional failures, mistakes, and lessons in career and business development. As Cyprus Mail reports, the event will be held at The Warehouse by IT Quarter: doors will open at 19:00, and talks will begin at 20:00.
The organizers position Fuckup Nights as an alternative to conventional business events, where the focus is mainly on success. Participants will share stories about unsuccessful decisions, changes in their work direction, and difficulties along their professional paths. Networking is planned after the talks.
Four speakers
The program features four speakers. Among them is Serhii Osipov, a serial entrepreneur, investor, chief strategy officer, and founder of Placy.ai. According to the publication, his experience includes more than 20 entrepreneurial projects, including a company acquired by Yahoo.
Yannis Hadjiconstantas, an entrepreneur and co-founder of the PeopleFirst Family, which includes StudentLife and Doorstep, will also speak. He began his entrepreneurial activity as a student in 2012 and developed businesses in media, marketing, food, and hospitality.
