Man exposes himself near girls’ school in South Korea — Korea Herald
In Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, a man has repeatedly exposed himself near a girls’ high school since last year. He has been spotted up to four times a week, but police have not yet been able to apprehend him, Korea Herald reports.
Hill visible from classrooms
According to JTBC’s Crime Chief program, the man was most often seen on a low hill near the school. The area is visible from classroom windows. To conceal his identity, he wears a mask and a cap.

It is reported that his appearances became less frequent in winter, but incidents have increased again recently. Witnesses said the man appeared three to four times a week, and by Wednesday he had been seen for four consecutive days.
Police searched for the man three times
After receiving reports in May, police searched the area three times but were unable to apprehend the man. The educational institution continues video surveillance and patrols of the places where he was seen most often.
