Russia has several scenarios for aggression against Europe — military
Russia likely has several scenarios for potential aggression against European countries and NATO’s eastern flank. This view was expressed by Oleksandr Musienko, a Ukrainian Armed Forces officer and military analyst.
According to him, despite the full-scale war against Ukraine, Russia continues to expand its military infrastructure in Belarus and strengthen the Baltic Fleet. In his view, this may indicate preparations for various courses of action against NATO member states.
Musienko believes that the Kremlin may be considering everything from large-scale missile and drone attacks and the deployment of ground forces to provocations carried out under a foreign flag. In particular, he suggested that Russian military personnel might don the uniforms of other countries to create pretexts for escalation.
Separately, the analyst noted that one possible scenario could involve testing NATO countries’ air defense systems by launching drones into their airspace to assess the allies’ response and attempt to sow discord within the Alliance.
At the same time, these statements represent the assessment of a military analyst and are not based on confirmed intelligence data or official information regarding the existence of specific Russian plans.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine’s strikes on Russian fuel infrastructure have already yielded tangible results. According to him, a country that for decades profited from oil and fuel exports is now forced to seek opportunities to import energy resources itself.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has supported the idea of creating a network of small oil refineries in the country to increase fuel supplies to the domestic market.
