Estonia searches for three men after fatal brawl in Kohtla-Järve
In the Estonian city of Kohtla-Järve, police are searching for three men after a mass brawl in which a 21-year-old man died. The confrontation took place on Sunday evening in Ida-Viru County, ERR News reports.
About 20 participants
According to available information, around 20 men gathered at about 9 p.m. in a remote section of Endla Street on the outskirts of the city. They reportedly planned to settle a conflict between two groups that had begun on Friday.
The injured 21-year-old man could not be saved: he died on the way to hospital. The nature of his injuries and the cause of death are being established as part of the investigation.

Injured people and search
Medical assistance was also required for men aged 23 and 19 who remained at the scene; the 19-year-old was taken to hospital for examination. Later, a 17-year-old participant in the incident sought hospital treatment for injuries. Estonia’s Police and Border Guard Board does not rule out that there may have been more injured people.
Jõhvi police chief Nikita Golovin said that law enforcement officers have identified many participants in the confrontation, and some of them have already been detained. Police are looking for three men: 50-year-old Konstantin, 26-year-old Sergey, and 25-year-old Roman. According to Golovin, they are known to police but do not pose a threat to the public.
Golovin also noted that in 12 years of work in Ida-Viru County, he does not recall a brawl of this scale. According to him, the site of the confrontation was far from more populated areas, so few people were nearby at the time.
