Zelenskyy warned Russians that they are in for a tough winter

At the G7 summit, the President of Ukraine explained why he would not travel to Moscow, the production of Patriot missiles, and the ongoing conflict with Russia.

“Russia must know that we had a terrible winter, and theirs will not be easy either,” Zelenskyy said.

The Ukrainian president also stated that he has no intention of playing into Putin’s hands.

“I will not travel to Moscow to meet with Putin; I don’t play those games. We can meet in Turkey, Switzerland, or the Middle East, but he doesn’t want to end the war yet,” Zelenskyy said.

According to the president, 60% of Russians want to stop the war.

There is also a possibility that Ukraine will produce missiles for the Patriot system:

“I discussed with Trump the transfer of licenses for the production of these systems. The American leader responded positively,” Zelenskyy stated.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy outlined the country’s key priorities during the first multilateral meeting in the G7-Ukraine format, which is taking place as part of the international summit in France

Zelenskyy proposed to Putin that they meet during the G7 summit.
