Panettiere began her career as a child: at the age of four, she landed a role in the American soap opera *One Life to Live*. She gained widespread popularity for her role as Claire Bennet—a cheerleader with superpowers—in the science fiction series “Heroes,” which aired from 2006 to 2010.
