The court ordered Yermak to be detained for two months, with the possibility of bail

The High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the motion filed by the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and ordered Andriy Yermak to be held in custody for 60 days.

This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Action Center.

The alternative bail is 140 million hryvnias.

While on bail, Yermak will not be able to leave Kyiv without court permission, and he must surrender his passports that allow him to travel abroad.

Yermak has been prohibited from communicating with Chernyshov, Mindich, and a number of other individuals involved in the case. He must also wear an electronic ankle monitor.

As a reminder, the lawyer for former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak stated that NABU detectives conducted searches of his apartment three times.

It is also known that Yermak discussed the heads of NABU and the SAPO with a “fortune teller,” although he later said he had no connection to fortune tellers.
