Kyiv City Express trains will stop in the coming days whenever an air raid alert is issued in Kyiv.
Ukrzaliznytsia explained this decision by the need to strengthen security measures due to Russian attacks on infrastructure.
After receiving clearance from the relevant authorities, the electric trains will resume service and attempt to catch up with their schedule.
Passengers are urged not to remain in the train cars during an air raid alert. The company emphasized that passengers must proceed to a shelter as quickly as possible or move to a safe distance from the train or station and follow the instructions of railway staff.
