As a result of yet another combined Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of June 15, some residents of the capital were left without power. According to preliminary data, more than 100,000 customers were left without power. Utility workers are working to restore power and repair the damage caused by the Russian shelling.
This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
According to him, damage to power lines has been recorded. As a result, more than 100,000 customers are currently without power.
“In the northern part of the capital, 140,000 customers are without power. Power lines were damaged as a result of the enemy’s attack,” the statement said.
As a reminder, Russia attacked the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, causing a fire.
Prior to this, Russian drones struck the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in injuries.
Five State Emergency Service rescuers were killed as a result of the Russian attack on Kharkiv.
