In Boryspil, a minibus collided with an SUV
A major traffic accident involving a public bus and a passenger car occurred on Kyivskyi Shlyakh Street in the city of Boryspil.
This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Police.
As a result of the head-on collision, a passenger in the car died at the scene, while the driver of the car and three passengers on the bus were injured and rushed to the hospital.
Rescue workers, emergency medical personnel, and an investigative team were on the scene of the tragedy.
Law enforcement received a report of the fatal accident at 11:00 a.m.
According to preliminary information, the driver of the Jeep crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a bus carrying 17 passengers.
The impact was so severe that the front of the SUV was completely destroyed, trapping the people inside the cabin.
Currently, Kyiv region police are investigating all the circumstances and details of the incident.
