Traffic on the North Bridge in Kyiv will be partially restricted
Residents and visitors to Kyiv have been warned about partial traffic restrictions on the North Bridge. The changes for drivers will take effect at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19, so drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance.
The Kyiv City State Administration reported, citing the municipal corporation “Kyivavtodor,” that traffic on the North Bridge in Kyiv will be partially restricted:
- from 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19
- until 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22
If weather conditions worsen, the work schedule may change.

During this period, the asphalt concrete pavement on two lanes of the bridge heading toward the “Pochaina” metro station will be repaired. Traffic will be rerouted to the other two lanes.
The Kyiv City State Administration asks that you take these restrictions into account when planning your route.
As a reminder, the Kyiv City Council is increasing funding for the city’s “Defender of Kyiv” program by an additional 2 billion hryvnias. These funds will be directed toward the logistical support of military units, specifically for the large-scale procurement of unmanned aerial vehicles, electronic warfare systems, specialized equipment, and other necessary gear for Ukrainian soldiers.
