Dozens of illegal structures have been dismantled in five districts of Kyiv
City authorities have removed kiosks, garages, and summer patios, clearing more than 900 square meters of urban space of illegal structures.
This was reported by the municipal enterprise “Kyivblahoustriy.”
Over the past week, 61 structures were dismantled in five districts of the capital. Notably, the owners of 19 of them removed them on their own after receiving the relevant orders.
Over the course of the week, 61 structures were dismantled in five districts of the capital:
- Solomyanskyi – 31;
- Shevchenkivskyi – 19;
- Svyatoshynskyi – 8;
- Pecherskyi – 2;
- Podilskyi – 1.
- Owners dismantled 19 structures on their own.
Among the dismantled structures were pavilions, kiosks, lottery equipment, flower and clothing stands, summer terraces, gazebos, garages, fences, security posts, and barriers. The sale of alcohol was recorded at three locations, which constitutes a violation.
Eleven cases of exceeding the permitted area were also identified, along with six dismantlings following complaints from residents regarding the placement of small architectural forms on residential property.
As a result of the removals, 908.55 m² of urban space was freed up.


As a reminder, in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv, an unknown driver opened fire, after which the police launched a special operation to locate him.
In Lviv, a shooting occurred in one of the apartments of a high-rise building. Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene promptly. Police detained a man suspected of firing the shots. The circumstances of the incident are currently being investigated.
In Zakarpattia, police are trying to locate the parents of a ninth-grader who opened fire at a school and wounded another student. According to law enforcement, the teenager is currently refusing to speak with psychologists.
