Command centers have been set up in Kyiv to assist those affected by the shelling

Special assistance centers have begun operating in five districts of the capital to help residents whose homes were destroyed or damaged during the massive combined attack by Russian forces on June 15. 

At these centers, affected Kyiv residents can quickly receive comprehensive support, financial counseling, and legal assistance

At these centers, residents can receive guidance on applying for financial assistance, psychological and legal support, help with filing applications for material aid, as well as a clear plan of action for the next steps. 

On-site specialists help coordinate the work of utility services and oversee the distribution of building materials for urgent repairs. 

Locations and hotlines are distributed across the city’s districts to ensure maximum accessibility and avoid lines.

In the Desnianskyi district, the relief headquarters is operating out of Primary Health Care Center No. 3 at 3 Vasyl Ivanis Street. 

You can contact the responsible persons at the following phone numbers: (098) 648-08-89, (097) 109-90-41. Residents of the Obolonskyi district can call the hotline at (066) 356-35-20. 

For the convenience of residents, two locations have been set up there—at the OD-501 building at 6-A Oleksandra Arkhypenka St. and directly next to the damaged building on Avtozavodska St.

In the Pecherskyi district, the center for recording property damage and filing claims is located at 15/4 Yevhen Konovalets Street, where police officers and social service representatives are on hand to assist. 

To obtain materials for temporarily sealing windows (plastic sheeting or OSB boards), please call (098) 292-90-19 and speak with Oksana Oleksandrivna Lebid, Head of the “Pecherska Brama” Housing and Utilities Department. 

Direct processing of material assistance is carried out at the Department of Social Protection and Veterans’ Policy at 4/7 Tsytadelna St.

In the Solomyanskyi District, the main headquarters is located at Lyceum No. 43 at 17 Preobrazhenska St. Citizens may contact the following numbers: (093) 471-89-34, (097) 532-09-79, (097) 917-18-30, (093) 833-68-94, (093) 986-96-24. 

In addition, the Advisory Center at the Department of Social and Veterans’ Policy, located at 40 Povitrianykh Sily Ave., is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In the Holosiivskyi District, residents can receive detailed consultations regarding the “e-Recovery” state program by calling: (044) 281-60-21, (044) 281-60-16, and (044) 281-60-14. 

Separate numbers have been allocated for assistance from the district’s social managers: (095) 494-69-31 and (095) 494-69-67. 

Representatives of the Kyiv City State Administration urge all those affected to document the damage in a timely manner to receive compensation from the state.
