Several districts of Kyiv experienced water supply problems following the Russian attack
On September 30 in Kyiv, water pressure in the city’s water supply system temporarily dropped due to an enemy attack and a power outage.
As a result of a power outage affecting some utility facilities, water supply issues were reported in the Solomyanskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Pecherskyi districts, as well as on the left bank of the capital.
In addition, part of the Borshchahivska community was left without water. Currently, specialists from the energy and utility services are working to stabilize the power supply and restore the grid to normal operation.

On September 30, DTEK implemented emergency power outages in the capital, following instructions from the regulator Ukrenergo.
Prior to this, a video surfaced online showing a suicide attack on high-voltage power line towers in the capital.
As a result of the Russian airstrike on Ukraine, five people were killed, including one child, and another 14 people were injured.
Additionally, in the Pecherskyi district of the capital, debris from a drone fell into the courtyard of a private building.
On the morning of September 30, a Russian drone struck the “Fora” supermarket in the village of Ivankovychi, Obukhiv District, Kyiv Region. The building was partially destroyed, a fire broke out inside the store, and a 50-year-old woman was injured. The Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office released photos showing damage to the cash registers, the entrance, the roof, and the store’s equipment.
A drone strike in the Kyiv region caused a fire in several homes; two people were rescued.
As a reminder, debris from a Russian drone caused a fire in a five-story building in Kyiv.
