Video: Severe weather, including heavy rain, hail, and thunderstorms, hit Kyiv
In the afternoon of July 24, a severe storm hit the capital. Heavy downpours and hail fell in various parts of Kyiv, and the thunderstorm was accompanied by intense gusts of wind.
Due to the storm, traffic has been disrupted on some streets, and residents are posting photos and videos of the downpour, hail, and thunderstorm on social media.
Residents are urged to be cautious, avoid standing under trees and advertising structures, and, if possible, not to park their cars near trees.
