VIDEO: The Ukraine Palace was damaged during the attack on Kyiv
The National Palace of Arts "Ukraine" sustained damage as a result of a massive Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of June 15.
The blast wave damaged the building’s facade and shattered the windows. This is the second time the palace has been damaged since the start of the full-scale war.
The palace’s management emphasized that despite the damage from the shelling, they plan to restore the building before the start of the new concert season.
A video from surveillance cameras showing the moment of the strike was also released. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
The palace noted that it does not receive state funding and appealed to Ukrainians to support the institution by purchasing tickets for upcoming events.
