Video: In Irpin, a TCC minibus collided with a moped
A conflict occurred in Irpin involving a minibus that, according to eyewitnesses, belongs to the TCC. Reports circulating online claim that a man was forced into the vehicle after officials alleged that his documents appeared to be forged.
According to eyewitnesses, during the incident, pepper spray was used against a person who tried to intervene.
It is also reported that after the drivers blocked the exit, a courier blocked the road with a moped. According to eyewitnesses, the minibus ran over the moped and continued on its way.
There is currently no official confirmation or comment from the TCC or law enforcement agencies regarding the circumstances of the incident.
