A 14-year-old boy who was killed during a Russian attack on Kyiv on the morning of September 25 was an Israeli citizen. His mother was also injured in the strike. This was reported by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which condemned the Russian attack.

 

The 14-year-old boy who was killed in Kyiv as a result of the Russian attack on September 25 was an Israeli citizen. A Russian drone struck a residential building in the Pechersk district of the capital that morning. According to police, the strike occurred around 8:00 a.m. The drone struck a 16-story building between the 10th and 11th floors. The teenager was killed in the attack.

Initial reports indicated seven casualties in the Pechersk district. Later, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko clarified that a total of nine people were injured in the capital. Eight of them were hospitalized. Among the injured was the mother of the boy who died. The Israeli Foreign Ministry expressed its condolences to his family and to the families of others who died during the recent Russian attacks on Kyiv and other cities in Ukraine.

“We condemn the recent Russian attacks on Kyiv, which resulted in the death of a 14-year-old Israeli citizen last night and left 20 people injured, including the boy’s mother,” the Israeli Foreign Ministry said in a statement. The ministry also wished the wounded a speedy recovery and expressed its condolences to the families of the deceased.

The attack on Kyiv took place on the morning of September 25. Russian drones damaged residential buildings and other civilian targets in the capital. Information regarding the consequences of the strike and the number of casualties was updated throughout the day. This was reported by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

In the Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv, four people were killed when a drone struck an office building. Seven people were also injured in the attack.

In Kyiv, traffic on Vadym Hetman Street was blocked due to the enemy strike. 

The number of casualties in Kyiv due to Russian attacks has risen, including one child.

As a reminder, in Kyiv’s Dniprovskyi district, a residential area was destroyed as a result of a Russian attack on September 24. According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities among the residents.

Also, in Obolon, a UAV crashed onto the grounds of a garage cooperative.

Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv on the night of September 24, leaving two dead and eight injured.
