The first semifinal of Eurovision 2026 will take place on May 12: where to watch
Today, May 12, marks the start of the first semifinal of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest. Viewers can look forward to a live broadcast of performances by representatives from 15 countries.
The pre-show begins at 9:30 p.m., and the main broadcast of the semifinal starts at 10:00 p.m.

Fifteen participating countries will perform in the first semifinal. Based on the results, some of the performers will advance to the contest’s grand final.
