Katseye supported Sofia and Manon during the Jimmy Fallon show
During their appearance on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” the members of Katseye expressed their support for Sofia and Manon, who have taken a break from their activities. The group, formed by Hybe and Geffen Records, appeared on the show with four members ahead of the release of their third mini-album, “Wild,” according to the Korea Herald.
Host Jimmy Fallon noted that the group’s lineup differed from Katseye’s previous appearance in February. He mentioned Sofia and Manon’s hiatus and highlighted the support the other members are providing them.
Band member Lara said that Katseye has a lot of love and support for Sofia and Manon. She also highlighted the support from the group’s fans, known as Eyekons, for both the members on hiatus and those who appeared on the show.

During the broadcast, Fellon also presented the EP “Wild” and the documentary “Katseye: Wild Hearts,” which was released in theaters this week. The members described the new album using the words “maturity” and “growing up.” Lara, who wrote the song “Unloveu” for the album’s special edition, said that writing a song for Katseye had been her biggest goal for many years.
Daniela described the choreography for the lead track “Hootie Frutti” as very exhausting. Lara joked that the tight formation in the dance routine for the previously released single “Animal” was so complex that it was a miracle the members didn’t bump into each other on stage. Katseye also recalled meeting “Animal” co-writer Ed Sheeran at the NRJ Awards ceremony in France, where he offered them the song.
In September, the group is set to kick off their “Wildworld” arena tour. According to the publication, tickets for the tour sold out in 48 hours.
