US President Donald Trump made more than 1,000 securities transactions in June, including significant purchases of shares in Berkshire Hathaway, Visa, Mastercard, and Cintas. Fortune reports, citing a financial disclosure released by the US Office of Government Ethics.

Transaction volume

The total value of the transactions listed in the disclosure ranged from $78.1 million to $263.1 million. It is impossible to determine the exact amount because the document provides a value range for each transaction rather than a specific sum.

The largest individual transaction was the sale on June 22 of shares in a Vanguard Group Inc. exchange-traded fund. The value of this deal was listed in the disclosure as ranging from $5 million to $25 million.

Transactions in 2025

During 2025, Trump made more than 21,000 securities transactions. Their total value ranged from $600 million to $1.86 billion. The filings sometimes reflected the purchase and sale of the same security on the same day.

White House position

The White House says there is no conflict of interest because Trump’s investments are managed independently. His son Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, previously said that the assets are held in a blind trust.
