A craft brewery near Kyiv is on the market for $1.45 million
In the Kyiv region, 100% of the ownership interests in the Makarska Pivovarnya (Makar Beer) craft brewery have been put up for sale. The turnkey business is valued at $1.45 million.
The offer includes a production complex with a capacity of up to 80 metric tons of beer per month, a land plot, production and warehouse facilities, the rights to the Makar Beer brand, an established distribution network throughout Ukraine, and two branded bars in Kyiv.
The property also features a historic mill dating back to 1905, which could be used to develop tourism or restaurant operations.

Ukraine has completed the nationalization of Mykolaiv Alumina Plant LLC, which was previously owned by Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska.
The Mykolaiv Alumina Plant is currently idle, and its workforce has been reduced to a minimum.
