The Verkhovna Rada is expediting the consideration of 46 bills related to international financing

The Verkhovna Rada discussed accelerating work on 46 bills, the adoption of which is necessary for Ukraine to fulfill its obligations under the Ukraine Facility, IMF programs, and other forms of international support.

Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk held a working meeting with government representatives and heads of parliamentary committees.

According to him, some of the bills are already under consideration in the first or second reading, while others are awaiting registration or will be resubmitted.

“Decisions on which Ukraine’s international aid and the stability of the state budget depend cannot wait,” Stefanchuk emphasized.

Participants also discussed the drafting of amendments, cooperation between committees and the government, and accelerating the passage of necessary decisions through parliament.
