Meta unveils Muse AI agent for small businesses — CNBC
In the United States, Meta has unveiled Muse for Small Business, a version of its AI agent for small enterprises. The service can connect to Asana, Zoom, Intuit, Box, Canva and Salesforce's Slack, as well as Meta advertising accounts and professional profiles on Instagram and Facebook, CNBC Top News reports.
Integration with work services
Meta positions Muse for Small Business as a tool for completing business tasks in services already familiar to entrepreneurs. According to the company, the agent can help manage a business or find new customers.
Meta did not disclose the price of the new product. At the same time, the company's announcement mentions the existing Muse app, which is free with usage limits and available by subscription after those limits are reached.
Expansion of Meta's AI direction
The launch of the product for small businesses followed Meta's announcement of plans to create a new enterprise platform. The direction is to be led by MongoDB CEO C.J. Desai. The platform is planned to include the Muse agent, a business agent and a tool for writing code.
