Xiaomi has released a list of devices that will receive Android 17
Xiaomi has published a list of smartphones and tablets that will receive the Android 17 update. The list includes models from the Xiaomi 17, 15, and 14 series, as well as select devices from the Redmi and POCO brands, confirming continued support for the manufacturer’s broad ecosystem lineup.
A list of Xiaomi devices set to receive the next firmware version—HyperOS 4 based on Android 17—has appeared online. The information was published on the Gizmochina website, which regularly tracks the release of new firmware for this manufacturer’s devices.
According to journalists, the new version of HyperOS will be more than just a visual update. Xiaomi plans to significantly overhaul the system: improve performance, optimize power consumption, enhance privacy and data protection, and make the user interface “cleaner.”
The official announcement of HyperOS 4 is expected in the summer of 2026 in China, and the global release may begin in the fall, following extensive beta testing.
