YouTube creator MrBeast signs multiyear deal with Google — The Verge
YouTube creator Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, will feature Gemini, Google Health and Fitbit Air in future videos as part of a multiyear partnership with Google, The Verge reports.

The partnership will begin with a new MrBeast video scheduled for release on September 5. In it, Donaldson and his team will attempt to survive in some of the most extreme and dangerous climate conditions on the planet.
Teams will compete by traversing three challenging natural landscapes: the jungle, desert and Arctic. During the challenge, they will use Gemini. According to Google, the tool will help participants identify dangers, survive sudden weather changes and stay ahead of challenges.

Google also said that Donaldson will use Fitbit Air in one of the upcoming challenges. In addition, he will appear in Google's Gemini advertising campaign.
The deal was reached several months after Donaldson's channel became the first on YouTube to reach 500 million subscribers. The Verge also notes that Bloomberg previously reported on YouTube's offers to prominent content creators aimed at keeping their videos exclusive to the platform amid deals some creators have made with Netflix.
