The AMCU fined two companies nearly 52 million hryvnias
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine found Nova Interprise LLC and Torgova Trubna Kompaniya LLC guilty of anti-competitive concerted actions during the procurement of barite concentrate for JSC “Ukrgazvydobuvannya.”
This concerns two tenders held in 2025 for the procurement of basic inorganic chemicals. The total expected value of the procurements was 336.5 million UAH, including VAT.
Based on the results of its investigation, the AMCU concluded that the companies coordinated their behavior during the tenders, thereby distorting the results and eliminating competition.
For violating the law on the protection of economic competition, both companies were fined a total of 51.9 million UAH.
In addition to financial sanctions, the companies may be added to the list of entities prohibited from participating in public procurement for three years.
