Men abroad will be issued passports only if they have a military registration document
The State Migration Service has announced that men of draft age who are currently abroad will be able to receive their already issued passports if they have a valid military registration document.
The relevant information must be reflected in the “Reserve+” app. Without confirmed military registration data, the completed document will not be issued.
The State Migration Service noted that the issuance of already prepared passports is continuing both in Ukraine and abroad. At the same time, the service is completing the restoration of its information systems.
Once the systems are restored, the electronic queue is scheduled to be transferred while preserving its current order. Therefore, those who have already registered do not need to re-enter the queue.
