A state-owned enterprise in the Lviv region is being sold for 12.7 million hryvnias
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put the state-owned enterprise “Sirka” in the Lviv region up for privatization auction. The starting price for the property is over 12.6 million hryvnias, and it includes dozens of buildings and more than 2,500 hectares of land.
The online auction is scheduled for September 28, 2026. The enterprise is located in the Stryi District, specifically in Novyi Rozdol and within the Zhuravne community.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization the single property complex of the state-owned enterprise “Sirka” in Lviv Oblast. The enterprise is located in the Stryi District. Its facilities are situated in the city of Novyi Rozdil and within the territory of the Zhuravne community. The starting price for “Sirka” is 12,676,450 hryvnias. The sale will take place via an online auction scheduled for September 28.
The enterprise operates in the extraction of building stone, limestone, gypsum, and chalk. The property complex includes several large groups of assets. In particular, 36 real estate properties are being offered to the buyer. Their total area exceeds 19,800 square meters. These include production facilities, warehouses, and administrative buildings. In other words, this is not just about land parcels, but an entire property complex with existing real estate.
Another significant part of the property is the land. The complex comprises 110 land plots with a total area of 2,568.24 hectares. However, the land is not being sold to the buyer as freehold property along with the enterprise. As noted by the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU), the right to use these plots must be formalized by the enterprise’s new owner in accordance with legal requirements.
The property complex also includes three vehicles. Thus, a state-owned enterprise with a large amount of real estate, production facilities, and land assets is being put up for auction with a starting price of 12.7 million hryvnias. The final price will depend on the results of the auction.
The online auction for the privatization of “Sirka” is scheduled for September 28, 2026. Bidders will compete for the right to purchase the enterprise’s single property complex. The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) regularly puts state-owned enterprises and individual property complexes up for privatization. The goal of such auctions is to find a private owner for state-owned assets.
In the case of “Sirka,” the future owner will receive not only the company’s buildings and other assets but also the opportunity to secure the right to use land plots with a total area of over 2,500 hectares. This was reported by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
