Drapaty and Khmara Must Work Together to Reform the TCC — Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapaty, and Acting Minister of Defense Yevhen Khmara must carry out two key tasks: strengthen the defense of Ukrainian airspace and reform the system of territorial recruitment centers.
According to the head of state, it is also necessary to change approaches to mobilization and ensure coordinated interaction between the military leadership and the Ministry of Defense. Zelenskyy emphasized that these issues must be addressed jointly until the war ends.
The president also stressed that the experience of former Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi must be preserved, and that Mykhailo Drapatyi’s new ideas and initiatives must be implemented as quickly as possible.
