The former head of the Rivne Regional Military Commissariat reported income from three military units and his savings
Oleksandr Yarmoshevych, former head of the TCC and SP in Rivne—who was previously implicated in a high-profile scandal involving a video filmed in his office—has declared income from several sources of employment as well as savings.
This is evidenced by the official’s declaration.
According to the declaration, Yarmoshevych received payments from three military units: 307,138 UAH from Unit A4152, 155,583 UAH from Unit A1937, and 449,099 UAH from Unit A5161. He also declared $19,000 in cash savings.
It is separately noted that his wife traded in a Toyota for another vehicle last year, and the transaction amount was 309,922 UAH.

The declaration also states that in 2023, Yarmoshevich purchased a 2014 Audi Q7 SUV for 501,400 UAH, while such vehicles cost an average of $20,000 on the market. In addition, in 2022, he purchased a 2008 Renault Laguna for 30,000 UAH.
The official’s total annual income exceeded 400,000 UAH, while his wife declared over 800,000 UAH in earnings.
Previously, a public outcry arose around Yarmoshevych following the release of a video filmed in the TCC’s office premises, which allegedly captured inappropriate behavior involving several female military personnel. Following this, an internal investigation was launched, and the officer himself was transferred to a combat unit for further service.
The command stated that there were no complaints regarding his performance of official duties, but emphasized the unacceptability of personal conduct in the workplace. A separate investigation is ongoing regarding the installation of recording equipment in his office.
Earlier, Oleg Kolomiets, a serviceman with the Bucha District Territorial Recruitment Center and Joint Staff, stated that the millions in assets he had declared were accumulated before he began his service.
