Officially, Andriy Yermak has been dismissed: President signs decree
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 868/2025 dismissing Andriy Yermak from the position of Head of the Office of the President. The decree was published on the Presidential Office website on November 28, 2025.
According to the document, Yermak no longer holds the position of Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
Andriy Yermak submitted his resignation from the position of Head of the Presidential Office, as confirmed by President Zelenskyy.
Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) conducted searches at Yermak’s office in the government quarter on the morning of November 28.
It is also known that on November 26, Rustem Umerov gave testimony to NABU as a witness in the “Mindich case.”
